Luminous Minds is a small, private practice. I work with a self-selecting circle of highly gifted, highly sensitive, emotionally attuned, creative, and deeply alive people — most of them multipotentiates, most of them tired of being told they are too much.

Rejection sensitivity is one thread among many. Almost all of us carry it. But it is not the whole tapestry. The practice grows with the people it serves — we start with the limitations that feel like character flaws, and we go up from there.

The work isn't a diagnosis or a fix. It's a slower argument with the reflex that says any withdrawal is a verdict on you. Together we resuscitate the part of you that was alive before the wounds gave it words — the part that could imagine anything beautiful in the first place.

My thought was that withe the proper coaching they'd wind up one day, mojito in hand, completely surprised. The tunnel vision gone. Seeing that the worst thing was part of an ecology of things — and they wouldn't trade in the world for where that ecology had brought them.

It's not gratitude for the bruises. It's seeing that the bruises were accompanied by many, many other factors.
